This is a spacious (around 20 square meters) studio flat with a double bed, TV, private bathroom, and private kitchen, located on the top floor (6th) of the building with a city view. Within the building you can find a 24/7 reception, gym, and laundry facilities. All bills are included.
UCL main campus is just 5-10 minutes' walk away. Euston Square station: literally 1 minute. Euston station: 4 minutes. Groceries, cafes, restaurants are on Tottenham Court Road which you can reach within 5 minutes' walk.
The official weekly rent for the Gold Studio is £662 this academic year. You will be renting directly with iQ, rather than me subletting the room to you. Please note that this contract ends on 31 August 2024.
There is no council tax, as this is a student-only accommodation.
