Lovely room available, 2min walk away from Farringdon station, in a charming spacious house!

House:
We live in a 3-storey, very charming house, just minutes away from Farringdon station. Incredibly well located, on a quiet street, walking distance to the Barbican, Exmouth Market, Chancery Lane and St Paul’s.

It’s an old house, things are a bit quirky and crooked, but charming!

We live above a very cool pub, that closes early on weekdays and is closed on weekends (so not a nuisance at all).

Kitchen, large living room and dining room, utilities (washing machine and dryer) are on the first floor, the bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor, with 1 bathroom at every floor.

The cleaning lady comes over once a week (included in bills).

Room:
Lovely airy double room. Fully furnished with king sized bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving and lamps. On the 2nd floor of the house, same floor as 2 other housemates. 1 large bathroom between 3, with shower and loo.

Housemates:
Bunch of fab housemates, work full time or studying and are quite independent, but we get along very well and go out for drinks all together and watch Netflix regularly. We're Swiss, Australian and British, but are really happy to welcome anyone from any nationality.

Approx. £80 bills/month incl. broadband, cleaner, electricity and council tax.

Move in date flexible with room available from August 22nd!
