🙋‍♂️ I work for Instagram as an Athlete Partnerships Manager at Kings Cross. I've lived in the flat for 4 years and will be staying for the year.

🙋‍♂️ I'm 31 years old, work from the office 3/4 days a week, and my weekends usually involve watching football or formula 1, running round regents park and getting brunch with mates.

✅ Flat is considerably large for central London and includes living room, office space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a terrace. Brick work and high ceilings makes me a really spacious, relaxed vibe.

📍 Location is 1 minute from Farringdon station.

📍 20 minute walk in all directions to Kings Cross/Shoreditch/South Bank/Oxford Circus

🏠 Rent is paid monthly to the estate agents and does not include bills (usually around £100-200)

🏠 We got an incredible deal when we moved in after lockdown and the landlord has confirmed the price is not changing in the future.

✅Listing this as my housemate is moving out in March and I’d love to stay here. Looking to fill the space quickly and move in availability is from the 1st March.

✅ Ideally looking for a housemate that is relaxed, clean, enjoys conversation, cooking, and is respectful. I don’t mind living with a boy or girl. Happy for to the flat to be used for hosting gatherings but I'm not into late parties or living in a messy environment. I also travel often with work so don’t mind someone who is also out and about.
