Farringdon Zone 1 Double Room Ready To Move In

Hello All!

I am moving out of London and I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a large, lovely, and bright flat in Central London near Farringdon/Clerkenwell.

This is a double room in a furnished flat with lots of storage (big wardrobes and closets around the flat) as well as an extra room to use as an office or to host someone who comes to visit. Bedroom number 2- the one with the plants- is the one currently available.

Additional Amenities include: A large kitchen with gas stove and laundry, a sizeable living and dining room to share, a cozy balcony overlooking a lovely garden, as well as a courtyard bbq area where you can invite friends over.

The flat has been recently repainted and is clean and tidy, as we believe in taking care of the communal areas. The bills are around 100£ pm ( electricity, gas, water, council tax).

You would be sharing the flat with one other flatmate (A very friendly queer man in his early 30's).

Ideally we are looking for someone who is kind, sociable, empathetic, and clean/tidy as we are. Females, Empaths, and Queer-friendly people of all genders are preferred. Big plus if you're into fitness/healthy eating, but definitely not required.

Farringdon Area: plenty of parks, restaurants, supermarkets ( Aldi, Tesco, Waitrose, Coop, Sainsbury’s, are all within walking distance) The area is quiet and close to everything. The tube station is 10 min walking.
