Double Room In 2 Bed Flat - 3-6 Month Rent

Hi, Im Jonny, own a flat in Farringdon, last flat mate just moved to Dubai and now need someone else to fill the room until my brother moves in in roughly 6 months.

Looking for someone like me, pretty chilled, just fancies quiet weeknights with the football on kind of thing. Always up for a beer. I work Mon - Fri relatively long hours.

Lived here for about 3 years and in that time the living room has kind of become full of my stuff unfortunately but plenty of space in the bedroom.

Do spend a lot of time with girlfriend in the flat also.

No smokers or drug users pls.

Double room partly furnished with double bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers.

Shared living room / open plan kitchen / Porter downstairs so parcels won't get stolen

Heating included
Bills approx £200 a month otherwise for council tax / water / electricity
