Double room with private bathroom in Farringdon

The two-bedroom flat is located in Clerkenwell ~5 minutes walk from Farringdon station and ~8 minutes from Chancery Lane, with a bus stop ~50m from the doorstep. The area directly around the flat is quiet and safe, with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, and local shops.

The flat and available bedroom are modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and storage space. The bedroom has a private bathroom just across for exclusive use.

I (the flatmate staying) am in my 20s and work in finance. I like to keep the place very clean and tidy, and we also have a housekeeper coming frequently. I’m finding a replacement to take over the tenancy as my flatmate is moving in with their partner.

The building and flat are in great shape and well-maintained, and the flat is on a high floor. Please note that this property is not suitable for smokers.
