I’m going back home for the summer, so I’m looking to sublet my studio at Walmsley Studios (Unite Students) at a discounted price. It would be ideal for someone coming to London for summer school, a anguage course, or an internship.

The location is very convenient. There is a Tesco and Waitrose just a few minutes’ walk away, and Angel is also very close for shops, restaurants, and daily essentials. There are also Asian supermarkets, Oseyo, M&S, Sainsbury’s, and plenty of takeaway options nearby.

Available period:
From late June until 12 September (when the contract ends).
The exact move-in and move-out dates are negotiable.

Rent:
Original price: £450/week including bills
Now: £350/week
If you can take over for the full rental period, the rent can be reduced to £300/week.

Great for students – easy commute to universities:

City, University of London: around 5 minutes on foot
UCL: around 20 minutes by bus
UCL IOE: around 25 minutes on foot
KCL: around 23 minutes by bus
LSE: around 25 minutes by bus, or within 30 minutes on foot

It is also within 10 minutes’ walk of Farringdon Station, which is extremely well connected with the Elizabeth, Metropolitan, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines, plus Thameslink for direct access to Gatwick Airport.
Angel Station is also around 15 minutes away on foot.

Also ideal for summer internships:
The studio is close to London’s new business and financial areas, with easy access to Moorgate, Old Street, the City, and Liverpool Street. These areas are reachable within about 30 minutes on foot or in around 3 stops by tube/train, making it a convenient option for interns.
