I’m only leaving as my Visa expires and I have to head back to Australia.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area 15-20 minutes walk from Finchley Central Station, (5 minutes by bus). Brent Cross Shopping Centre is just 15 minutes away. There are excellent transport links into Central London.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers and benefits from a built-in single wardrobe/closet with additional double closet/cupboard for storage.

You will have shared use of the kitchen which has all of the mod-cons, including a washing machine and dishwasher; also the bathroom which has a good-sized bath and a powerful shower. We have a very large living room with a Freeview TV, broadband is also available and is included as part of the rent. There is a communal garden area that is perfect for BBQ’s when the weather is nice and there is plenty of parking available.

The rent is £550pcm and the deposit is also £550. There is also a one off referencing fee of £50 payable to the landlord. Bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and TV license) average at about £70pcm.
