Hi - my name is Rachel, I currently live with 2 lovely ladies- Laurie and Ruby. Looking for someone to take my large double room from 1st August for the next 4 months with a mind to then taking on the contract properly in December if you want to.

Looking for a new housemate to take the big double bedroom, white walls, high ceilings, lots of light, a lovely fireplace and really super spacious- you could easily put a sofa in and have a seating area if you wanted :)

Comes with bed, mattress and wardrobe and optional chest of drawers.

We’re looking for someone twenty five years plus, clean, tidy, social, for our lovely relaxed, homely environment.

The flat is spacious and bright; lounge with comfy sofas and dinner table (good for catching up after work with a glass of wine) decent sized kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and decent sized terrace / outdoor area. The house is on a side street therefore it’s relatively quiet and peaceful.

We’re located in Finchley Central; a short walk from both Finchley Central and West Finchley tube stations (northern line). There’s a big Tesco within walking distance, lots of close by little corner shops open until late (good for those late night chocolate cravings, lol) Victoria Park is a few minutes’ walk away which has a tennis court. North Finchley is a five minute bus away with clothing shops, cafes, gym etc. 

The room / flat is available from the 1st of August 2019 for a minimum of 4 months at £620 everything included.

If you then wish to stay past the 4 months a deposit will be required on the 1st of December. This will be paid to the Estate Agents who manage the property when you sign the contract- and will be held securely in a deposit scheme.

The rent is £620 per month, and this is also due on the 1st August and then on the 1st of every following month.

The rent includes all bills, including wifi, sky, gas, electric, council tax water etc.
