Monday - Friday RENT ONLY - I am looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom within a modern, fully furnished, spacious two-bed two-bath flat. 6 minutes walk from Finchley Central tube. The room available is a double bedroom with a new double bed, a bedside cabinet, a mirror and a chest of drawers.
The flat is located on the second floor (lift & stairs) of a modern block of flats (with available parking space) in a walking distance to local amenities, including Salisbury's, Waitrose and Tesco, coffee shops and restaurants. It is only 6 min walk to Finchley Central Tube (Northern Line) from where you can go to central London in less than 30 min. It is also 2 min away from the main bus stops which get you to the nearby areas.
There is mainly wooden flooring on the sharing spaces and carpeting on the bedrooms. The flat is spacious, bright and warm with a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge, a washing/drying machine, a dishwasher, a dining table and a spacious living room area with a wall hung flat smart TV.
You will have exclusive usage of the main big bathroom as I am using the ensuite shower of my bedroom.
