Lovely Double Room wit En Suite w/ Wet Room Shower

Lovely big double room, in two bed flat, with en suite bathroom including a wet room shower. The room is newly painted and comes furnished with a double bed, sofa (bed), bureau desk/dressing table and chair. The room has three spacious fitted wardrobes and also has room for more furniture, should you want it. The room offers privacy and also has big bright bay windows.

The flat itself is really nice, modern with under floor heating and all amenities. We have a washer/dryer, kitchen with microwave and oven/hob. There is also a nice south facing garden.

Living with a couple (1 male (Science Teacher),1 female ( Actress) ) in our flat which is safe and homely. About us: We are a couple and a very sweet little cat. Both of us are employed and busy individuals! We do like to hang out at home, watch Netflix and cook dinners, all the regular things. We are a nice pair and are always up for a chat or a hang out. We also are very happy for someone who likes to keep themselves to themselves but wants some friendly faces to say hello to every now and then! We aren’t party heads but we do have friends round for dinner and the like. We think we are a good pair to live with, we are respectful and tidy.

The accommodation is more suitable for someone who is used to having/living with a cat or must like cats, however the room and en suite bathroom is a cat free zone!

The flat is excellently connected to public transport, being a 10-15 min walk to West Finchley (Northern Line) lots of buses outside the door with 5 mins to Finchley Central (one stop up the Northern Line) and into Central London 24hrs. You also have easy access to North Finchley Bus Station which has lots of routes all over London.

You have a corner shop at the bottom of the road, a very big Waitrose Super Market 5 mins walk, 10 mins walk to all the shops of North Finchley including Aldi/Banks/Boots/Tiger etc. You are also equally as close to the shops of Finchley Central including a big Tesco. At the other end of our road you are less than ten mins walk from Finchley Leisure Park that has a Vue Cinema, Wagamamma and other chain restaurants, Finchley Lido Pool/Gym & pool and a David Lloyd too. The road the flat is on has free on street parking too.
