- I am the live in landlord (28 year old, female). I have a corporate job which is primarily office based. My interests are gym, travelling, cooking, trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
- Second housemate is a 27 year old, female. She also has a corporate job which is primarily office based.

I would preferably like the third housemate to be a female young professional or Post Graduate student.

Please note, I have a cat so I'm looking for a housemate that is comfortable with a pet in the home.

The room is offered at £1,200 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £1,200. Reference and proof of income required!
