Welcome! I’ve been in my new home for a few months now, and I’m happy to made it a calm, comfortable space to share. I’ve learned that the best living situations happen when everyone’s energy aligns — so I’m hoping to find someone who values a relaxed, respectful home as much as I do.
I’m more of a games night and good conversations kind of person, as apposed to a wild night out. I love a space that feels warm, easygoing and well-kept. Since I’m home quite a bit at the moment, it would be ideal if my flatmate works out of the house during the day — just so we both have some breathing room.
That said, I’d love to find someone I can genuinely get along with — maybe share the occasional meal, movie night, or weekend outing. If you’re kind, reliable and looking for a home that feels friendly but peaceful, I think we’d get on really well.

My two-bed flat is on the third/top floor of a really lovely apartment building. It's a safe, welcoming space, that is cleaned every Friday and all the neighbours I've met so far have been really lovely. There is a shared green space on the property and you will have a designated parking space, if you need it, behind a secure gate.

My flat consists of two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a separate W/C, a bright kitchen and a large living/dining room. I have fast, unlimited broadband, a cleaner that comes fortnightly and a washer/dryer. The entire flat has been newly decorated and furnished, including the room on offer. All bills, including but not limited to the cleaner and broadband are included in the rent.
