I’m looking to rent out a bright and spacious double room in my lovely two-bedroom, newly built flat in Finchley (Woodside Park).

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and two chest of drawers. You’ll be sharing a modern bathroom, plus a large open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking, socialising, or relaxing with Netflix.

The flat is in a small, modern development of just 17 apartments, ideally located on North Finchley High Street.

- 15 minutes to Waitrose
- Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and pubs
- Woodside Park (Northern Line) is a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access into central London

A bit about me:
I’m a young professional working in Marketing in the City. I’m in the office three days a week and work from home on the remaining days. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring London, dining with friends, running, and the occasional trip to the pub.

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy housemate who’s happy to hang out and chat, but also respects each other’s space. I like a relaxed, comfortable home vibe. I’m still good friends with my previous housemate and we regularly catch up for coffees or drinks, which probably says a lot about the kind of household I’m hoping for.
