Single Room with double bed in East/North Finchley

I am looking for tidy, clean, open minded and approachable individual who is respectful of the personal space of others and household in general. The person also needs to have respect for nature, environment and like animals. Vegetarians welcome.

The room: Medium size located on the first floor, with double bed and fully furnished. With access to shared kitchen/dining room and bathroom/shower/toilet facilities. You would also have wireless access to Virgin FibreOptic broadband. All bills are included and only £350 deposit will be required. Paid monthly.

References preferable.

The house: This is a terraced 4 bedroom house. There is also a garden at the rear of the house which is accessed via the kitchen. At the moment there is myself and 2 lodgers living here and 2 of us are working from home. We are all professionals, open-minded, tolerant, respectful, easy going and reliable individuals, therefore I am looking for someone alike to keep household’s good vibes and dynamics.

The area: This house is located on a quiet, safe street in N3, and is situated between East and Central Finchley tube stations; very close to Vue Cineama and Finchley Lido Leisure Centre
Transport: The Tube: East Finchley Zone 3 or Finchley Central Zone 4 (both, around 15 min walk or 5-7 min by bus).

Buses: 263, 143, 382, 232, North Finchley Bus Station just 10 min walk. Night buses: N20, N134 or N13
