Clean, quiet, close to tube

Hi!
I have a room I'm looking to fill on a Monday-Friday basis inclusive of bills(or 7 days at £625 + bills)
About the flat: I love the location, as it's so close the tube 20 mins to Euston, and really close to North Finchley High Street with nice coffee shops, supermarkets, shops and pubs. The flat itself is on the 2nd floor in a really quiet block, it has a huge living room, with the usual sofa, TV (with sky to feed my reality TV addictions) and a dining table too. There's a separate kitchen, with wealth of baking supplies, dishwasher, and washer dryer which I have been fully converted on. There's also a new bathroom with shower over the bath. There's also a a garage so if you need to store anything, you are more than welcome to use that too, it's secure and watertight.

The room: is a double with one full wall of windows so it's lovely and bright (but also has blackout curtains so is sufficiently dark, I have slept there to check). Really comfy double bed (lift up so lots of storage underneath), wardrobe with shelves and ikea storage unit with drawers.
A little about me: I'm 30 and I've lived around the area for about 6 years. I'm a speech and language therapist and a bit of a workaholic in the week, but at the weekends I like to see friends, occassionally go out out, catch up over a glass of wine or just relax with netflix.
