I am offering 1 large, comfortable furnished room for 1 person in a quiet and safe residential area in North Finchley. It is a large single bedroom on first floor overlooking garden and green spaces.. It is a super comfortable, quiet space offering privacy. In addition, if required, you can share the open plan kitchen area on ground floor and the garden.

It is a short walk from the buzzy High Street and transport links; particularly Woodside Park tube on Northern line. There are good parking options that I can talk through with you. The house is well positioned for the main road networks.

I can provide towels, bed linen, pillows etc, if required.

The house is re-furbished and modern with all conveniences e. g. washing machine/dryer, flatscreen TV/broadband and overall it is a well cared for family house.

A little bit about myself; I am a professional Fine Artist and work from a studio in garden.

I prefer to share with a busy professional, who is out working during the day. Might suit a doctor on placement at a London hospital, somebody who is having their own house refurbished, somebody on a work placement or a University lecturer, who has a home elsewhere. In other words, could suit a variety of circumstances but because I work from home, somebody who needs a comfortable base and goes out to work.

I might let room for a short let ; available 15 September until mid December in first instance. I might also consider a rolling let in University term times because my daughter returns home during University holidays and during those times, it reverts to a family home (and the room is an empty bedroom during those times). I wouid also consider Mon-Fri let or similar etc.. You can always send me a message.
