This is a quiet and peaceful household in a safe and well-connected part of Finchley. We are looking for a tidy, considerate and responsible tenant.

For this spacious bedroom with a small double bed and exclusive use of the next door study room with your own fridge, it is £1000 a month. The deposit is one month rent. There are 3 bathrooms with toilets in total in the property. All bills are included. The Internet service is Virgin.


Although the kitchen is shared, you will only need to share with the landlords, as the other tenant has a self-contained unit. The landlords are very willing to work around your cooking schedule. There is also a water machine that filters and dispenses hot and cold water for everyone to use.
The nearest stations are West Finchley (3 minutes if using the shortcut in the morning or 5 minutes if not using the shortcut) or Finchley Central (10 minutes walk). The bus station is 3 minutes away and has buses going directly into Central London.

The high street can be reached in 2 minutes and has plenty of restaurants and cafes. The supermarket is 5 minutes away.

Please note, as there are busy work professionals and students in this household, we ask that no overnight guests are invited.
