Your roommate is friendly, funny, tidy and very relaxed. She is in her mid 20s and looking for someone around the same age. Michaela is a PE Teacher at a local high school. We have a great flat vibe - and while we have our own lives we enjoy getting a take away and relaxing in the living room.

The flat is on the 3rd floor with block having recently had a brand new lift fitted. The flat is modern and furnished to a very high standard. There is a washing machine dishwasher and a fabulous electric stove/oven. There is a communal garden at the front and rear of the property. There is NO gas in the building so one less thing to pay for. The living room is a great size to have friends over (post-covid).

The flat is superbly located just off the main road with excellent access to a range of supermarkets, shops and amenities. It is a 5 minute walk to Finchley Central tube station (Northern line) and a 30 minute tube ride to Central London. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the North Circular and a 15 minute drive to the M1. Parking is available on the road with a permit.
