Spacious double bedroom for rent in Finchley Central due to our flatmate moving out to live with a friend after living here for 3+ years.

Transport:
10 mins walk to the nearest tube station (Finchley Central) that provides direct connection to Old Street and Central London. 12 minutes to Camden Town.
Plenty of bus stops right on our doorstep.

We have plenty of space, including a living room, spare room, 2 bathrooms and a large garden (to be cleaned/renovated by the landlord this week).
There is also a large attic that we use for extra storage and plenty of space for parking out the front of the house.
All the rooms are spread over the same floor.

Household: You'll be moving in with Conor, Shane & Gillian - all Irish.
We're a friendly, creative, clean flat of actors & musicians and are always up for a chat when we bump into each other around the flat.
You might catch Shane in the living room doing a self-tape for one of his acting gigs or find Conor there, taking some product pictures for his clothing brand.
We also play a bit of sport together (football, tennis) when the weather's nice and are partial to the odd game of beer pong every once in a while!
We'd prefer someone who would add to the vibe of the house and make it a home, rather than be a ship in the night. However we've all got our own groups of mates and don't mind someone moving in who's independent either.
If you're a creative then that's a plus too.

Local Amenities:
Local newsagents 1 minute around the corner, alongside a chemist and various places to eat.
Little Waitrose, Sainsbury's and a large Tesco superstore not far from the tube station.
Handful of pubs in the area and a great little coffee shop just 30 seconds around the corner that does amazing coffee and food.
There's also a PureGym just 5 mins up the road from the flat and some nice parks and open spaces.

Rent is £400/month (reduced from £450) and refundable deposit is one month's rent payable to the landlord when moving in.

Bills not included in the rent and come to about £70 - £80/month during the winter depending on usage.

Move-in date is the 9th of May (but somewhat flexible).
