Hi!

We are three young professionals looking for a new housemate to join the team. The property is a spacious house with a large back garden, patio and shared lounge.

THE ROOM
The room is the master bedroom and the biggest in the house, therefore representing a slightly bigger percentage of the overall rent. It comes with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, with a street/north facing window.

THE HOUSE
The huge kitchen/dining area boasts three fridges, two freezers and a washing machine. The lounge is a cozy space we can all relax in as well. There is a bathroom with a great shower/bath and then two separate toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs). There is also free street parking with close access to the north circular so driving out of London is very easy.

THE AREA
The house itself is across the road from a leisure complex that includes a cheap Vue cinema, a gym/pool, a McDonalds and a number of restaurant chains. We are situated between East Finchley high street (great cafes/charity shops/arthouse cinema), Finchley Central (Victoria park, big Tesco) and North Finchley (the Aldi/Sainsburys, excellent local brewpub The Bohemia). The 263 bus stops at the end of our road and can be taken all the way through Highgate, Archway and down to Highbury or north up to High Barnet.

ABOUT US
We are a very social household but we respect each other's privacy and space. The ideal new housemate will match our vibe, be into game/movie nights or occasional meals together, pub quiz, drinks or the odd group activity out and be a working professional. We really value finding someone who fits in and wants to properly join the gang. It's certainly a home, not just a house.

Who we are:

Matt (39) has been here since 2015 and works for a film/animation skills training charity. He is a big movie nerd, doing a monthly film quiz and running two podcasts. He also loves solo travelling, seeing as many gigs as he can across London and Brighton and occasionally going to the gym across the road.

Bryony (35), here since 2017, is an almost qualified dietitian who loves spending any spare time reading, baking, hiking in nature, going to the theatre, travelling and hitting the same gym as Matt. Oh and a cocktail or glass of prosecco or two.

Danielle (27), here since 2023, is a makeup artist working in the city who enjoys reading, gigs, long walks, discovering new coffee spots, the theatre and a cheeky wine at the pub.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally the new housemate will be in their mid 20s to mid 30s to keep the balance. If interested in viewing, please message a little bit about yourself, your ideal move in dates/flexibility and what you'd like from a houseshare.

COST/DATES
Rent is £866 with the bills (including council tax) coming to around £114, so £980 combined and the deposit is five week's rent. Ideal move in dates from mid-late February but this is potentially flexible, especially with moving stuff in and getting setup.

VIEWINGS
Ideally evenings with some potential for earlier across the weekend.
