Own kitchenette with all items needed: fridge, hob, toaster, kettle microwave and washing machine.

Bedroom leads onto the patio.

Personal items can remain over the weekend.

Please note I am the live in Landlord living on the floor above with 1 child.

The main Bathroom is Shared upstairs with bath and shower.
