We have a double room available in our lovely 2-bedroom flatshare in Finchley Central. You’ll be sharing with one other girl, a 26 year old PhD student.

• Third-floor double room
• Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
• Clean, tidy, and well-maintained home
• Room is spacious with loads of storage
• Available from end of March, move-in date flexible
• Room comes furnished with closet. The rest of the furniture belongs to me, but I’m happy to leave the lot behind for £100 if helpful

📍 Location highlights:
• Just 9 min walk to Finchley Central tube station
• Surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, lots of greenery
• Great transport links into Central London
• The area is quite residential and safe

💰 Rent: £850 per month + bills (which come to about £90-100 ppm)
🧾 Council tax: The current flatmate is a PhD student and therefore council tax-exempt so the tax would fall upon you (we are in council tax band D). If you are not eligible for a council tax exemption, you would qualify for single occupancy discount.

👤 About you: We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who’ll treat the flat like home. Your flatmate would be a 26 y/o PhD student in computational biology, she’s nice clean and has been a very good flatmate the last two years!
