Hi! We have a lovely double room available in our 2-bedroom flat in Finchley Central ☀️

We're looking for a woman to take over my lease. You'd be sharing with a 26-year-old PhD researcher in Computational Biology. The flat is clean, tidy and genuinely feels like a home, not just a place to crash. I've lived here happily for almost two years, only leaving because I'm moving in with my partner!

The room is a spacious double, comes furnished with a wardrobe. Bed, bookshelves, bedside table and chest of drawers are mine but I'm happy to leave them behind if helpful! Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared but only with one person so it never feels crowded.

It's available now — but we're quite flexible on start date, so whether you're ready to go straight away or need a few weeks, just get in touch! Ideally looking for someone to stay for 6+ months/long term, as my flatmate is very keen on staying in the flat.

Rent: £850/month
Bills: £80-90/month (varies with season)
Council tax: Band D — your flatmate is exempt as a PhD student and the bill would fall on you alone, but you'd get the 25% single occupancy discount automatically (or may be exempt yourself if you're a student!)

Total all-in: roughly £975-1,000/month
