We are looking for a someone to join this great flat share. I’m sadly moving out after three years.

It’s a double room, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bookshelves and includes a large built in wardrobe/cupboard just outside. There are also several shelves in the room, so there’s plenty of storage! There’s room for a desk as well.

The room is in a four bed flat. We are fortunate to have two bathrooms, so you will share a bathroom with just one other person.

There is a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer and a table where we spend time together over a glass of wine or while making dinner. We’re an easy-going group of people who all get on well and treat the flat as our home.

The flat is in a great location for this price - it’s within a minute walk to Finchley Road Station for Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines (you can see the station from the flat!) It has a bus stop just outside the front door with buses to the city centre, including night buses. West Hampstead, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regent's Park are all in walking distance.

The flat is opposite Waitrose, with a Sainsbury's a short walk away and other shops nearby. There are two cinemas in walking distance as well as the Swiss Cottage leisure centre.
The rent is £515.70 a month, and bills are around £100 including council tax and broadband. The deposit is £650 and held in a deposit protection scheme. The flat is managed by an agency who have been great and are happy for us to find our new flatmate. There’s no agency fees to move in.

We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

We are setting up viewings, we will hold these virtually and then if you like the flat and then we can arrange for an appropriately socially distant visit in person if you would like.
