The room and flat:
-Furnished room available from mid December!
-The room has wall to wall wardrobes and a double bed.
-The room is in a two-bedroom recently refurbished rooftop.
-The flat has two bathrooms / one shower.
-You’ll be sharing the flat with only one person, a Colombian guy in his 30s who works in the city and travels often so you will feel you have the place for yourself often.
-Bills are not included on the price and these are shared 50/50.

How to get there:
- The flat is super-well connected for transport.
- The local Overground at Finchley road at Frognal is a three-minute walk away, connecting you east to Highbury and Stratford and west to Kensal Rise and Clapham.
- Hampstead on the Northern Line and Finchley Road on the Jubilee Line takes you to central London and the City in 15/20 minutes and is a 10-minute walk away.
- The Thameslink at West Hampstead takes you to both Gatwick and Luton airports and runs 24 hours. There are also 24 hrs buses to Luton and Stanstead from down the road.
- There are loads of good bus services into town a minute’s walk away.

The area:
Right in between Hampstead village and West Hampstead, this part of Finchley Road is leafy and residential, near supermarkets for all preferences: Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, cafes, pubs and a 15-minute walk distance from Hampstead Heath (or less if you’re a runner!).
Although we are right on Finchley Road, the bedrooms are at the back of the property and you won’t feel the noise of the traffic at all.

Ideal flatmate:
-Flat is very clean and organised and I would like to keep it that way but you won’t feel like you are living at someone’s else house and hopefully you will quickly feel home.
