I’m renting out my bright, beautifully kept bedroom in a lovely NW3 home from 18 April to 27th July, with the option to extend the lease. I am moving in with my partner therefore I won’t be staying in this current spot.

The room is spacious, cosy, and thoughtfully styled; lots of natural light, a large built-in wardrobe with tons of storage, a comfortable bed, and a decorative fireplace (not in use) that gives the space a warm, homely feel. As you can see from the photos, the room is filled with greenery and has a calm, relaxing vibe, however I will be taking all my items with me apart from the bed.

The House & Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two of my close mates, both 30-year-old working professionals. They’re chilled, friendly, and looking for someone who is equally clean, respectful, and easy-going. The bathroom (this bathroom is shared between this room and another - the other housemate has his own en-suite), lounge, and kitchen are all shared. We’re ideally looking for someone who appreciates a tidy household.

The Area:
Located in NW3, the house is incredibly well-positioned; super close to public transport, supermarkets, coffee spots, pubs, and great restaurants. It’s a safe, leafy neighbourhood with everything you need on your doorstep.
