The room is in a fully furnished 5 bedroom house - the house is spread across 4 floors meaning that it never feels crowded. In addition there is a communal bathroom on the first floor and an additional toilet next to the utility room downstairs The living room has gained a few extra plants and wall decor since these photos were taken.
You'll be living with 4 other friendly and easy going housemates who do all sorts of interesting things (and have job perks they’re willing to share!). Everyone has pretty busy lives but we also enjoy catching up in the evenings in front of the tv in our open plan living room / kitchen. We sometimes take a trip to the pubs in West Hampstead, and have fun losing the local pub quizzes together :) Everyone is pretty laidback and happy to have extra people over.
The house is conveniently located just off Finchley Road and is super well connected.

On street parking is available with a permit. We also have a garage but this is currently used as extra storage.
The rent is £957 per month, bills not included. Deposit is £1300 (important - not £957 as it puts in the ad). We have a private landlord who is responsive and easy to communicate with. Rent increases are calculated towards the end of each year and used to be in line with inflation but are now less than that. The next rent increase isn't due until Nov 2026.
We are council tax band G, and we reckon bills come to around £180 each/month, including our lovely cleaner who comes every other week.
I’m looking for someone who can take the room by Sunday 17 May, but if you need to move sooner just let me know and this might be possible too!
Ideally we are looking for people that want to settle for at least 6 months so that it continues feeling like a home.
