My housemate and I moved in a year ago and have been busy sprucing the place up. The flat consists of a huge living/diner/kitchen with all the mod-cons (Amazon Alexa, Smart TV with Netflix) and an absolutely huge terrace full of plants. We have just recently redecorated and furnished the whole place. I am having to move away for work, so am looking for someone to take over my lease.
The room is bright and airy with plenty of storage space, a full en-suite huge king-sized bed and a really comfy mattress
The flat is 5 minutes from Finsbury Park: Kings Cross is under10 minutes away and Victoria under 15 minutes. The area is full of nice pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes, with more opening every day.
