Great flat and fantastic transport links!

After 2 and a half years in our lovely flatshare I will be moving out in mid January to live with my fiancé.

The room:
Is on the top floor above the hustle and bustle of the city.
There is a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe so plenty of storage! The room can also be arranged how you like to there is more floor space - I only have it like you see in the picture for when my fiancé stays over.

The flat:
Is set over 3 floors. There is a shared kitchen/living room and a good sized balcony. The balcony is a great spot for summer barbecues and is sheltered from the wind so great on a sunny day! You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other female as Louis has his own.

The area:
There are lots of shops, cafes, bars and pubs within a 1 minute walk of the flat. We are across the road from Finsbury Park tube station which has the holy grail of commuting: the Victoria Line as well as Piccadilly and mainline services. There are several bus routes as well.

Your flatmates:
Are Natalie and Louis. They are friendly, chilled and considerate professionals who like a chat/get together as well as respecting privacy. Natalie works in merchandising and Louis is an architect.

The room will be available from 19th January. There is an initial agency fee and a referencing fee which will come to £141.
