Hi there,

I am going away to travel for the summer so am subletting my room in my lovely house share over the summer months. You're in good hands as my flatmates are really friendly, chilled out and a sociable bunch!

You will be renting a lovely furnished double room in a 4 bed flat! Round the corner from some great pubs and cafes, shops galore, lidl/ tesco/ sainsbury's and obvs the big ol' park. Huge living space with tall ceilings.

Existing housemates are Joe, Paddy and Gabby. We’re a pretty chilled house and very easy to get along with! We’re all professionals in our mid twenties.

Males/females welcome, it’s always been a mixed house who have all got along/gone for drinks & nights out together.

Only a ten minute walk from Finsbury Park station, and 3 mins from Crouch Hill overground.

Incredible value for money given the location and size of rooms etc. It’s a little dated in places (hence the cheaper rent) but has been kept very clean and we have a cleaner once a fortnight to spruce the place up!
