Its a pretty spacious two bedroom flat with a kitchen, utility room, living room, bathroom with seperate toilet and communal gardens. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you would likely need including a good coffee machine!

Stroud green is a great area next to Finsbury park (zone 2!). There are loads of cafes, restaurants, pubs and even two wine bars have opened at the end of the road if you are partial to a glass of wine! It's just under a 10 minute walk to both finsbury park tube (victoria, picadilly line and overground trains for good links to london bridge, old street, gatwick airport, cambridge and lots of other places!) and crouch hill overground. The transport links are great here! 

I own the flat which comes with the benefit that I take really good care of it and it feels like a nice home! Everywhere has been quite newly furnished with the bathroom and kitchen having recent refurbs so everything feels new. So I'm looking for someone that treats it like their own home and enjoys it as much as I do!

I'm quite a sociable / active person and so I am out quite a bit mid week whether it's climbing, playing tag rugby or having dinner with friends. This means when I'm at home I like to chill and cook dinner.

Moving date is flexible.
