Large Double Room in Finsbury Park

Hi All,

My current housemate has just bought a house so they have moved out.

There is a great double room (3.5 m x 4.5 m, north facing) with double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers in a two-bed top floor flat. The room has plenty of space for a desk and to stretch out. There is a large shared living room with two sofas and kitchenette with gas hobs and a fan oven and washing machine, and there is a bathroom with bath.

The flat is an 8 min walk from Finsbury Park tube/train station, and an 8 min walk from Manor House station. The flat is in a residential area south of the park but there is plenty going on around Finsbury Park if you want to go to the supermarket, pub or restaurant (once everything is open again!).

Available now. A new contract will be signed with the Landlord for a minimum of a year.

I am 35 easy-going, enjoy cycling, a beer or two, and the Formula 1. I work as a research scientist at Imperial College and tend to be a late riser.
