Cozy double in a spaciaus, quiet, period flat

The room is in a spacious, well-kept, top floor flat split over 2 1/2 floors in a period terraced house on a quiet residential road in North Islington.

Excellent transport links (10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station with access to Victoria & Piccadilly lines, and fast mainline trains into Moorgate & Kings Cross). Under 30 minutes from the flat into the City or West End.

The room has a very comfortable double bed with a brand new mattress, bedside table with a lamp, a large chest of drawers, hanging space behind the door and an armchair. There is a TV with DVD in the room, and unlimited high speed broadband connection.

You will have access to a good sized kitchen with seating, a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer; and also a shared bathroom with bath & shower. (I'm self employed & work from home when I'm in London, so can keep the bathroom free when you need to use it!).

Bills are included, and towels & bedlinen are supplied & laundered, and the room cleaned on a regular basis. It is possible to leave some belongings over the weekend by agreement.

This is ideal accommodation for someone working in the City or Central London who wants fast access to the office, but the benefits of a quiet place to stay which can be a home away from home during the week.

I have a small, well behaved 9 year old dog who I inherited from my Mum, and she'll happily make a fuss of you when you get home if you're a fan of dogs!

I'm very easy going & want whoever is staying here to feel that it is their home during the week, and in return I'm looking for someone who will respect the fact that this is my much loved home.
