This is a fully furnished double room, with ensuite shower and toilet, looking out on to our back garden. There's a desk. and good storage. You would share the rest of the flat with me, a 32 year old museum learning manager. I'm happy to chat at the end of the day, occasionally go to the pub or have friends for dinner but more likely to be sitting in the garden or pottering at home than out till the small hours. I have the nicest cat in the world who loves everyone and a very small Jackshund dog who is the sweetest pup in the world. So you will need to be an animal lover.

The flat has a well equipped kitchen, living room with TV and broadband, and an office. You are welcome to use the office by arrangement, but i work from home frequently, and the bedroom also has a desk/workspace. The garden has a barbecue and seating for those nice summer days.

The flat is on a quiet residential no-through road between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, so within minutes of lovely open spaces. It's a lovely road with great community spirit and good neighbours. As well as the parks, there is Woodberry Wetlands and the Castle climbing centre round the corner. We are very close to buses to the city and Hackney as well as buses to the West End and trains at Finsbury Park which is zone 2.

Residents street parking can be bought from Hackney Council and there is a place to secure a bike in the front garden.
