Friendly house looking for new friendly house mate

We have a lovely room in our huge 2 story house available from February.
The room has been freshly painted and had brand new laminate flooring laid.

The current flatmates are Rob, Poppy and Joe (couple) and Pluto the dachshund. We're all working professionals - An Advertising account director, Chef and Songwriter. We're ideally looking for a young, respectful female working professional who wants to make this their home and socialise.

We love to keep the house nice and clean but also love to have people over for dinners and drinks.
We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks, which is £8.50 each per visit. The room will be available from the 1st of February.

The room available is a standard sized double room (looks bigger in person) which includes a large wardrobe with mirror, tower chest of drawers, bedside table and a few shelves.
You'll be sharing a very nice bathroom with one other person, which has a toilet, sink and walk in shower.

The downstairs living space (kitchen and living room) are both huge with a a super comfy couch which folds out to a sofa bed, downstairs toilet and impressive garden which is perfect for those summer BBQs!.
The Kitchen has a large bench top which is ideal to prep meals on even with a few people in the kitchen at the same time.

ALL OTHER BILLS ARE INCLUDED!!

The house is located extremely close to all amenities such as: Supermarkets (Big Lidl, Tesco Metro and Sainsbury's local), pubs and restaurants, huge PureGym, also banks (HSBC, BARCLAYS, SANTANDER,...) and many more shops nearby.

We're also only a 5 minute walk to Finsbury Park station which has:

Victoria Line: 1 stop to Highbury & Islington, 5minutes to Kings cross, 10min to Oxford Circus and 15min to Victoria

Piccadilly Line: 15min to Covent Garden, 30min to Earls Court

Direct Train to Old Street

Plenty of 24h night Buses:

We're an 8-10 minute walk away from Holloway road where you can find amazing shopping opportunities (SPORTS DIRECT, JD, NEW LOOK, ICELAND, ARGOS, CINEMA, etc)

Hackney and Shoreditch areas are also close by and easy to get to.
