The Living room

We are a friendly house on a lovely quiet street. The room is a good sized single room overlooking a beautiful garden and comes fully furnished.

We're looking for a new housemate to stay long-term. It's a 6 month minimum contract but we all stay several years as the house is great!

We are 3 friendly professionals working full time.
Ros works in film archiving, Craig is a graphic designer and Jamie is in environmental law.

The house is perfectly situated just a few minutes from a large Tesco and lots of restaurants and shops as well as a local farmers market on Sundays and the Park Theatre. We are an 7 minute walk to Finsbury Park tube bus and overground station which is on both Piccadilly and Victoria Line. You can be in the West End in 15 mins.

Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Alexandra Palace, Camden and Angel are all a short bus ride away.

The Landlord doesn't allow pets or smoking.
