I am looking to rent my ENTIRE flat Mon-Fri to a professional who works in London but will be heading home at weekends. You will have the flat for yourself, I will not be there during the week.
It is a 1 bedroom ground floor flat in a purpose-built block, perfectly located near Stroud Green Road and an 8-10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station. Crouch Hill overground station is also a 5-minute walk.
The flat is furnished and kitchen essentials will be available. The date from which the flat is available is flexible after 16th Aug up to the first week of Sept.
All bills including wifi are included. Parking is available at an extra cost (either via a parking permit for the private car park at the rear, or 'pay as you go' road parking via a residents permit). A space in the bike hangar outside the flat is also available.
