2 Double rooms in homely, sociable flat

Unfortunately two flatmates are moving on to new adventures after 2 years as a household together.

We now have 2 double bedrooms available in a split level apartment which has a large private garden (where you can store your bike), large shed for storage, 2 bathrooms with showers, large lounge (with a TV - whoop!) and fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The rooms are spacious and airy with great natural light and includes a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

We are ideally looking for working professionals with similar 9-5 routine, who are clean, friendly and social. Ideally similar ages as we treat it very much like a home and hoping people will feel the same. It’s the usual deal really, we like to spend time together but respect each other’s space.

The flat is a stones throw away from Clissold park and Church Street with great bus connections to central London and walking distance to Finsbury Park/Manor House/Arsenal tube.

Room 1 is slightly smaller and rent is £650 per month and room 2 is £700 per month. This is including bills and a cleaner every 2 weeks. (Apart from gas and electric use usually come to about £25 per month, usually no more than £30 in the winter).
