Cosy Double Room Available

Hi,

Myself and my flatmate Jess are moving into this lovely flat in Finsbury Park and we are looking for someone to come and make it a home with us.

The flat has lots of storage, a roof terrace, it’s modern and has recently been been renovated with all modern appliances. The room we are advertising is a double room. It’s cosy and the flat is really bright and welcoming. It also feels really safe and it’s on a nice quiet road. It’s about a 7 minute walk to Finsbury Park tube station and 10 minutes walk to arsenal.

We are very chilled friendly people. We are tidy and considerate and want this to be a home. We’re not party animals but love a few drinks out and meeting up with friends for meals and enjoying all that London has to offer. We also love a chilled night in with a glass of wine, a cheese board and a Netflix night.

If we sound like someone you would like to live with, please get in touch :-) we’ve also got a video of the flat which does it much more justice than the pictures. Jess and I will bring all the kitchen stuff and a sofa etc but you would need to get some bedroom items.
