Single room, Finsbury Park, 2 mins walk to station

We are looking for a tenant to occupy a decent sized single room we have got in our lovely Zone 2 Finsbury Park home, the house is a 2-floor flat in Six Acres Estate, 2 minutes’ walk to the Finsbury park station and the busses.

The flat consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets -1 bath-, a decent sized fully fitted kitchen, a front porch and an abundance of built-in storage. It is quite airy and bright with windows across the wall in each room and laminated wood flooring. The flat is fully furnished. It has central heating and fiber optic internet. Despite being so close to the station, the area is very quiet, as it is residential.

The room is a single bedroom situated upstairs. It has a large wardrobe embedded inside the wall, a large desk, a bedside table and a chair. It has a shelf mounted to the wall and the large window sill makes it perfect for decorating

In terms of the tenants, currently the house is occupied by me, a 26 years old software engineer who works from home, an event organiser who is 34 years old, a 55 years old programmer and there is also a romanian couple who are quite reserved, all in all it is a quiet house in terms of common spaces. We still have our socials and in that sense it is a brilliant house for improving your English with current tenants having varied level of proficiency, we do not have a criteria in terms of age, sexual orientation or occupation. All welcome!

The house is close to local amenities and various shops as well as cafes and restaurants, benefitting from being quite central; Camden/Angel Upper Street/Highbury and Islington is only a 10 minutes bus ride away

The room require a months rent in deposit to be paid, you will not be bound by a contract but we do ask you inform us at least a month ahead of time if you decide to leave.
