My flatmate will be in France from Jan to April so a room in my flat is available to rent. The room is fully furnished, including a large standing desk (great for home working).

A cleaner comes twice a month, which is included in the rent, as well as tax, bills, broadband, and basics such as toilet roll, fairy liquid etc.

It's a two-bed flat with separate modern kitchen (with dishwasher), separate living room and 1.5 bathrooms.

My flatmate has provided this description of me so I don't have to awkwardly describe myself: Fabian, a 27-year old environmental consultant, a good friend, and a quiet, clean and respectful housemate, with an incredibly dry sense of humour. Fabian works from home currently, in town in normal times. Pandemic permitting he's out 3-4 nights a week. When he's home, heads up - he's an excellent chef.
