Bright double room with garden access

I’m looking for a female lodger to rent the spare room in my newly renovated 2 bed flat in Finsbury Park (N4).

The price is £1050 per month including council tax and all bills. I am also open to offers to let the room Monday - Friday so please get in touch if this is of interest!

The flat located just on the border of Finsbury Park / Haringey / Stroud Green (2 mins to Haringey Overground). It’s also close walking distance to Finsbury park, near great shopping on Green lanes and Manor House tube & Finsbury Park tube stations. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen and shared bathroom and a big garden. High speed internet & TV with Netflix and NowTV. The room also comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

I work full time during the week and so I’m looking for a conscientious flatmate that enjoys relaxing at home and keeping it quite chilled during the week. Atm I’m doing hybrid working (sometimes working in the living room at home, sometimes in the office) and so ideally I’d like someone who is also in the office some of the time. I also travel for work quite a lot and so you would have the flat to yourself quite often.

I enjoy cooking at home and keep everything quite clean, I also have a cleaner every 2 weeks. I would love to live with someone who is independent but who I can occasionally have some wine with.
