Hello! We are Maddy and Ellie and we are looking for someone to move into the third bedroom in our flat, as our friend moves out.

THE ROOM:
is a huge double (more than 20m squared) with walk in closet. It comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair. Plus there’s a nice period feature of a fireplace.

THE FLAT
Is spacious; the kitchen has a dishwasher and new fridge, bath/shower room, additional toilet and utility area. We also have a cute private garden

THE AREA
Is amazing, with loads of shops and amenities in Stroud Green/Finsbury Park/Holloway Road. There are amazing wine bars, cafes and restaurants all in walking distance, plus green space with Finsbury Park, Clissold Park both close by. Good transport connection with Piccadilly/Victoria/National Rail at Finsbury Park; Overground at Crouch Hill and loads of bus routes.

THE FLAT MATES
This is our fourth year living together, and we’d love to find a flat mate who can join us in our happy, cosy flat. We loving cooking/eating, watching trash TV, occasional exercise, frequent beer/wines.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can commit to a 12 month contract with our landlord.
