Hello!
We're looking for someone from *20th July* for a long term contract.
Rent at £800 per month or if you're a couple £500 each. Bills are paid monthly and are usually cheap and affordable.
We're offering the double bedroom AND the conservatory as a duo. I'm currently using the conservatory as an office space as I'm working from home.
The whole flat is fully furnished and you're more than welcome to make yourself at home! The double bedroom will come with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
I have been living in this flat for a year now but recently decided to get my own place. I've lived in London for 10 years now and this has been my favourite home so far! It's spacious, light, airy and has a HUGE garden. Our flat had a complete refurb before we moved in last year and everything is pretty much brand new!
Our flat is a 5 minute walk to Clissold Park and a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park. We also have a climbing wall 10 minute walk from ours too!
The nearest tubes are Arsenal (10 min walk), Finsbury Park (15 min walk). We also have buses on our doorstep which go direct to Soho, Shoreditch and Battersea.
You will be sharing with a couple (2 girls) and 1 guy. They're looking for a sociable housemate/s who enjoy being around other people but also respects their downtime too. They're all young professionals and have busy lifestyles, but really enjoy the company whilst watching tv and cooking!
