I am renting out a double room in the Finsbury Park area! The rent is £730 pcm, and includes all bills.

The room has been recently painted and new flooring put in. Brand new bed frame, floor lamp, chest of draws and with a large flatscreen TV. desk and large wardrobe.

The flat is fully-furnished. It contains all the electrical appliances and it has a very relaxed atmosphere with a just completed refurbished kitchen/dining area and bathroom. It is located in a lively neighbourhood where there are many cafes, bars, pubs, restaurants, theatre, gyms, galleries and convenience stores.

Good transport links. Finsbury park station is on the Piccadilly and Victoria line.

Crouch Hill overground is also close by as well.

Ideally someone who is fully covid vaccinated.

I am looking for someone that works in the office more than at home as I work at home two days a week and study so it would be good to find a good balance.

The room is available to view from now and looking for someone to move in the 11th Jan 2026.

ABOUT ME - I work three days a week and study in the evening. I have a cat called Maud.
