Huge double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in fully furnished 2 bed flat in Finsbury Park, right opposite Clissold Park off Green Lanes. We also have access to a communal garden which is shared with other residents in the gated accommodation.

Flat has a large lounge and good size separate kitchen, very big for 2 occupants. All mod cons (TV- inc virgin internet, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher oven, etc).
The flat is 2 minutes from the South west entrance to Clissold Park so Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park and Manor Hose are all under 10 minutes walk away so great location for pubs and restaurants including the Brownswood and Clissold Park Tavern. If you are into climbing and /or swimming west reservoir and the castle climbing centre is right opposite the flat too.

You would be living with me Nick, I’m 42 years old and main hobbies / interests include travelling, festivals, gigs, going to the pub and scuba diving. Tend to be out and about a lot especially on weekends but quieter during the week when I'm usually either playing football or chilling out watching TV. I work in public health on international projects so travel abroad frequently (probs about 20 percent of time) so you would get the flat to yourself a fair bit.

Looking for a sociable, clean, easy going house mate who enjoys the occasional trip to the pub.

975 per calendar month plus bills, 1 month deposit required. Available from 28th May but some flexibility on move in date

Bills come to approx £75 a month including gas, electricity, water, council tax (Band C) and 100mb high speed virgin internet with a basic tv package and Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

Transport: 5 minute walk to Manor House (Piccadilly), 12 minutes to Finsbury park (Victoria) tube stations so great transport links. trains from Finsbury park also really good for City Centre, Brighton, Cambridge and all the london airports. The 141 and 341 buses go from right opposite the house and are great for getting into the city centre / South London too.
