Hey everyone!! We’re currently looking for a 4th housemate to come and join us in our lovely Finsbury Park home.

We have a large bright double room available from 21st November (800pcm + bills). The move in date can be slightly earlier if needed.

Bills (inc cleaner) are usually around £90 per month - settled up each month on a house Tricount app.

The deposit is £655

The House: A large spacious property set out over four floors consisting of a kitchen and large living room on the first floor. A family bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms and separate WC on the second floor. There are two more bedrooms on the third floor, plus an extra music room with studio and dj setups, opening on a large shared terrace at the back of the house. Bike storage at ground level.

The Location: Tollington Park / Stroud Green is a great area with all commodities, lots of restaurants and coffee shops, a big Tesco round the corner and a farmers market on Sundays. We’re a 5min walk from Finsbury Park tube station and just 7-9 min from the park. Brilliant connections for buses, overground, underground and trains!

Your Housemates: You will be living with Shaofan and Benji (a couple) who work in a mixture of music, theatre, tech. And Len - a junior doctor who can be found playing sports or eating Alpro in his spare time. We're a sociable house who enjoys spending time cooking; sharing meals; having a game or two, or a few drinks down our local - the Faltering Fullback. We also respect each other's privacy and downtime too!

YOU: We are ideally looking for a creative and fun individual in their mid-20s / early 30s, social and tidy - who will be happy to take good care of our lovely home.
