Large Double Room - Own Bathroom

We have a lovely large double room available from mid December in a cosy and comfortable house share.

Although the price of the room suits a couple we are open to both couples and single roomies.

You’ll be sharing with Roch & Dom, we’re a couple so LQBTQ+ friendly roomies would be great. Dom is a HCA at a London hospital & Roch is a freelance bartender alongside owning and running her own drinks company.

We are both pretty relaxed and we like to think we’re easy to get along with. You can expect to share a dinner or two, a game of cards over a drink or a Sunday in our local (other days of the week may occasionally be suggested). We do enjoy our own space and will often retreat for a Netflix binge so you can expect your personal space and time to be respected. It’s really important that we live with clean and tidy people, we don’t have a cleaner as we both enjoy taking care of our own space.

The house is made up of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/living room and a garden - Your room and bathroom are both downstairs along with the shared space and a little laundry cupboard, our room and bathroom are upstairs so noise isn’t usually an issue.

Your room is furnished but will differ from the pictures slightly (drawers will be replaced with an additional wardrobe and the yellow chair belongs to our current flatmates).

We are a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park station (overground/underground), 5 minutes from Crouch Hill Station (overground) with a bus stop just outside the house ( routes 210, W3, W7). Finsbury Park (the park) is a 15 minute walk away. Door to Central London in around 20/25 minutes.

Stroud Green Road has a plethora of shops, cafes and restaurants and they are all literally on our doorstep. Sainsbury’s Local, a bigger Tesco and two Lidl’s are all close by. We live just behind a spa. A Pharmacy, hardware store, off licence, florist, wine & cheese - to name but a few are all 30 seconds away. Crouch Hill town centre is a 10 minute bus ride from just outside.
