Short term let - large double in friendly house

My room is available for short term let over Christmas while I am visiting my family at home in Australia.

The house: The house is a big and character-filled Victorian terrace. It has 2 bathrooms and a large open plan downstairs living room/dining room/kitchen area.

The room has a huge bay window over the garden and a conservatory area - it is a unique room layout and really ideal for working from home as it is quiet and set up with a large desk in the conservatory area which is full of natural light.

The area: We are in a great location, less than 5 mins walk to Finsbury Park Tube (2 stops from Kings Cross). We are also a short walk./bus ride to nice areas such as Stoke Newington, Crouch End, Upper Street and Dalston which all have loads on offer. There are also lots of great independent restaurants/cafes/bars in our local area.

The room would be ideal for someone visiting family in London over Christmas, or someone who is finding their feet / looking for a longer term place to stay.

We are chilled and friendly, I am sure there will be people around to share a glass of wine or meal with if you are so inclined, but there is absolutely no pressure to socialise either - whatever works for you.

The room is £475 for the month all in. Dates for availability are 16th Dec - 16th Jan.
